What do I do if I want to return my item?

Please send us an email info@flightknight.com , or visit our contact us page to let us know you’re thinking of returning your item. We will then issue you the information to complete your return.

If you have simply changed your mind then please arrange recorded delivery to the following address:

Returns will be at the customers own cost. In the unlikely event your suitcase has a manufacturing fault, we will arrange collection and delivery for you.

How long have I got to return an item?

You can change your mind up to 30 days after purchasing from us, as long as the item is in still new, unused and in its original packaging.


European returns

European Returns are FREE! Please send us an email info@flightknight.com, with your Order # and reason for return and we will organise the return of your product free of charge!
