All Flight Knight suitcases come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

An extended 5-year warranty is available for registered customers. To qualify, customers must register their suitcase within 7 days of delivery.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, Flight Knight will first offer to repair the suitcase. If a repair is not possible, an identical replacement will be offered. If an identical replacement is not available, store credit for the value of the damaged case will be issued, which will be available for 12 months from the date of issue.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs.

Second hand items are not covered by any warranty, regardless of any registration.

Warranty is only applicable to orders placed with Flight Knight directly either via our online store, or direct marketplace stores.

If an item is purchased via any 3rd party seller, your item will not be eligible for any warranty cover.

In the event you need to make a warranty claim, please email us at support@flightknight.com with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the issue, along with any accompanying photos or videos.

Flight Knight reserves the right to modify or discontinue its warranty terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
