Locks & Security
The reset process varies depending on which lock type your suitcase has. We've put together step-by-step video guides for each one:
- Combination lock reset — for our Safir, Curve, Bubble & Print range (3 lock types covered)
- Zipperless lock reset — for our Aluminium and Silver range
- USA model lock reset — for our TSA-approved US model suitcases
TSA locks are a type of combination lock that US airport security can open with a master key if they need to inspect your bag, without having to cut the lock. If you're travelling to or through the USA, a TSA-approved lock is strongly recommended. Our USA model suitcases come with TSA locks fitted as standard.
Most combination locks on our suitcases have a reset function that can be accessed from the side or back of the lock mechanism. Luggage & Travel
As a general guide:
- 21" — fits the vast majority of cabin restrictions including Ryanair and easyJet (55x35x20cm)
- 25" — ideal for a mini-break or week away when checking in up to 15kg
- 29" — best for longer trips where you need extra room for outfits and souvenirs

Orders & Delivery
UK and Channel Islands orders are dispatched via DPD or Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1–2 working days, free of charge. Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm Friday through to 1pm Sunday are dispatched on Sunday for Monday delivery.
For Europe, delivery is 2–5 working days depending on your zone. Full details and international shipping costs are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Yes, we ship to most European countries via DPD or DHL Economy. Shipping is free for orders over a certain value depending on your zone, and almost all EU orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid so there are no surprise costs on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this directly on the DPD or DHL tracking pages depending on your carrier. If you haven't received a tracking email or are having trouble locating your parcel, contact our support team.
We'd recommend checking your tracking link first, as delays can occasionally happen outside of our control. If your tracking shows no updates or your parcel appears lost, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it for you.
Returns & Warranty
If you've changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase as long as it's unused, in its original packaging and in new condition. Returns are at the customer's own cost. Please send via recorded delivery to:

All Flight Knight suitcases come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
You can extend this to a 5-year warranty for free by registering your suitcase within 30 days of delivery. Register at flightknight.com/pages/register (or for USA models, here).
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scuffs, bumps and scratches, general wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorised repairs. Full terms are on our Warranty Terms page.
Email us at support@flightknight.com with the following:
- Your proof of purchase (order number, e.g. #100000)
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect
Without proof of purchase we won't be able to process your claim. If approved, we'll offer a repair or an identical replacement. If neither is available, store credit will be issued valid for 12 months.
The warranty only applies to suitcases purchased directly from Flight Knight or an authorised retailer. Items bought second-hand or through an unauthorised third-party seller are not covered. Graded Resell items purchased in used condition carry a standard 6-month warranty.
